Super-K is operated by Profi Research & Consultancy (PRC), a sole prorietorship registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 61177911.

Profi Research & Consultancy (PRC) is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Notice.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Super-K.

When you contact us

When you use our contact form, email us or otherwise contact Super-K, we may collect:

When you request a report or other content

When you request a Super-K report, research publication or other gated content, we may collect:

  • first and last name;
  • business email address;
  • company or organisation;
  • job title, where requested;
  • the content you requested; and
  • your communication preferences.

When you use our website

We may collect limited technical information about your interaction with our website, including:

  • IP address;
  • browser and device information;
  • pages visited;
  • referring website;
  • date and time of visits; and
  • cookie or analytics information, where applicable.

We aim to collect only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

  • respond to enquiries and requests;
  • send reports or other content you have requested;
  • communicate with existing and prospective clients and other professional contacts;
  • provide and manage our services;
  • operate, maintain and secure our website;

04 — Report downloads

Super-K publishes research, intelligence reports and other professional content.

When you request a report, we use the information provided in the request form to process your request and send a download link to the email address you provide.

The email containing your report is a service communication relating to your request.

Requesting or downloading a report does not automatically subscribe you to future Super-K marketing communications.

Where we offer the option to receive future Super-K Intelligence, reports or other communications, that choice will be presented separately.

05 — Legal bases for processing

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may rely on one or more of the following legal bases.

Your request or contractual relationship

We may process information where necessary to respond to a request you have made, take steps before entering into a business relationship or provide services under an existing agreement.

This includes processing information necessary to deliver a report you have requested.

Legitimate interests

We may process information where necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

These interests may include responding to business enquiries, managing professional relationships, operating and securing our website and developing our business and services.

  • report-request information may be retained while relevant to the request and any resulting business relationship;
  • business enquiries and correspondence may be retained while relevant to an existing or prospective business relationship;

  • limited unsubscribe information may be retained so that we can continue to respect your preference; and
  • information subject to legal, tax or accounting requirements may be retained for the period required by law.

When information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise or otherwise securely dispose of it where appropriate.

Where applicable, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.

As Profi Research & Consultancy (PRC) is established in the Netherlands, its Dutch supervisory authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse.

However, no website, electronic communication or information-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Those websites have their own privacy practices and policies. Super-K is not responsible for how third-party websites process personal information.

Super-K provides business-to-business services, research and intelligence and is intended for a professional audience.

Our services, contact forms and report-download forms are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through them.
